You can check the status of your order by clicking the order status link in the confirmation e-mail that you will receive.

What does the bill-me payment option mean?
Your credit is good with us! Simply fill out your address information and select Bill-me. It's that easy! All "Bill Me" orders are subject to Guideposts credit approval. (Note: "Bill Me" option is only available for magazine orders. All other product orders are credit card payment only.)

What is Guideposts return and refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To return an unopened product, simply mark “Return to Sender” and give the book/product to your postal carrier. For other products, please send to: Guideposts P.O. Box 5815 Harlan, IA 51593-1315. Be sure to include your invoice or packing slip in the package so we may properly credit your account when the book/product is received. It may take up to four weeks for us to receive the book/product and process the return.
Please note: Personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. Please check your order carefully; once placed, orders for personalized items cannot be canceled.
For magazine subscriptions, you will receive a refund for the remainder of your magazine subscription if you choose to cancel for any reason. Please contact us at 1.800.431.2344 Monday through Friday 8AM to 6PM EST and a representative will be happy to assist you.

What do I do if I've already sent in payment but I receive another bill?
If you have already sent in your payment and receive another bill, please ignore the second bill. Sometimes your payment and a reminder cross in the mail. If you continue to receive bills, please call our customer service department, toll free, at 1-800-932-2145 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, so we can make sure your payment was applied to your account correctly.

How do I order gifts for mulitiple recipients?
To order products to be sent to multiple recipients, please place each order individually (using the bill to section for your address information and the ship to for the recipient's information) or call our customer service department at 1-800-932-2145, Monday through Friday 8 am and 6 pm EST.
