Book Description

The Healing Touch – Book 11

Elena Rodriguez is thrilled when her granddaughter Isabel’s mother begins attending church with them. Unfortunately Elena’s son Raphael doesn’t think it’s such a great idea. He would prefer that his ex-girlfriend keep her distance from his family. Elena ends up caught in the middle—she knows Sarah’s feelings for Raphael and thinks it’s important for Isabel to spend time with her mother. How will Elena show her son that Sarah has truly turned a corner?

Meanwhile, Candace Crenshaw faces her first test with a teenager in the house when she and her daughter argue over who Brooke can invite to her thirteenth birthday party. Anabelle Scott is alarmed to learn of her husband’s high blood pressure, and they engage in a battle of wills to alter his diet. As James Bell’s family settles into their new house, their beloved cat Sapphire somehow gets out and James will do whatever it takes to find her.

At the hospital, the staff works overtime to accommodate the influx of patients during flu season. Yet with a drastic shortage of the vaccine, the nurses are left wondering what they can do so that their community has what it needs.
